What we collect

If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional company name, the services you are interested in, and your message. We also record the time you submitted it.

Technical information

To protect the form from abuse we may process your IP address and basic request metadata (for example, to apply rate limits). We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The only item we store in your browser is your light or dark theme choice (in local storage), which never leaves your device.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to respond to you and to discuss potential work. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and who processes it

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also stores contact enquiries in its database service and provides security and delivery for the site. Cloudflare acts as our service provider. If we turn on bot-protection challenges (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the form, your browser will exchange limited technical signals with Cloudflare to verify you are human.

If we embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo, they load only after you press play, and then those services process your data under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on potential work, and delete them on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to its use. Contact us through the form and we will respond.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
